PlannedBilling questions
How do I get my license key?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your key is usually emailed within a few minutes. Paste it into Settings → License in the app and select Activate. There is no AlphaDictate account to create.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, up to 3 computers you use yourself, with the same key. Replacing a machine? Click Deactivate on this computer in Settings → License and the slot is free at once; a machine that simply disappears is released after two weeks.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Use the billing portal link in your license email or on this page. Cancelling stops the renewal; the license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. A lifetime license has nothing to renew or cancel.
Is there a monthly plan or a lifetime license?
Yes to both. Monthly is $5, yearly is $39 (35% less than paying monthly), and a lifetime license is $79, paid once. It never expires and includes updates and new models. All three have the same features.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@alphadictate.com.
What about teams?
Contact us to discuss what you need. Team pricing and terms are not currently published.
What happens to a lifetime license if AlphaDictate stops?
The app checks your license online about every two weeks. If we ever stop running that service, we will first release an update that lets lifetime licenses keep working without it.
Lost your key?
Enter the email used at checkout and we will resend the keys associated with it.
